Install the VOOQIO web chat widget on your website

From Integrations in your dashboard, open Web Chat, enable the widget, add your live site URL to Approved domains, then copy Option A (script) or Option B (iframe).

You do not add a VOOQIO folder to your site. The snippet loads the widget from our CDN. Paste it into an existing layout or footer file, just before the closing </body> tag.

WordPress: wp-content/themes/YOUR-THEME/footer.php, or a header/footer plugin (WPCode) so theme updates do not remove the snippet. Shopify: Online Store → Themes → Edit code → layout/theme.liquid. Wix: Settings → Custom Code → Body — end. Squarespace: Settings → Developer Tools → Code Injection → Footer. Webflow: Project Settings → Custom Code → Footer Code. Laravel: resources/views/layouts/app.blade.php (or resources/views/app.blade.php for Inertia) just before </body> — do not put it in public/ or resources/js. Custom HTML or Next.js: index.html, a shared footer, or app/layout.tsx.

The widget inherits your tenant persona and FAQ. Customize colors, greeting, and custom bio from the Web Chat hub, then publish and test on mobile and desktop.
